The system operates on an Ericsson thermodynamic cycle for power generation. It incorporates a liquid piston that minimizes friction losses, resulting in greater efficiency and lower production costs.

Is ExtraJool's system compatible with my industrial process?

Our system is designed to be non-intrusive and modular. Our module is installed on a secondary circuite. If your process involves thermal losses, there's a good chance it fits, let's assess it together.

What kind of results can I expect from a use like mine?

Module selection depends on both the quantity and characteristics of your available waste heat. Based on your specific profile, we can offer systems starting from 20 kWe. Each installation is tailored to the site’s unique conditions, ensuring optimal performance and maximizing both projected CO₂ reductions and cost savings..

Can I request a custom use case analysis for my site?

How do you identify the best recovery points in a plant?

We conduct a technical evaluation based on your heat sources, temperature levels and site configuration, then we recommend the optimal module setup.

What's the power output per module?

It depends on your heat flow, your waste heat will determine the electricity we will produce — to calculate your specific potential contact us.

At present, we are deploying a 20 kWe module on site, while the next generations of ExtraJool will reach 100 kWe and eventually 500 kWe. Contact us for any module !

What is the expected lifetime of the machine?

Designed for longevity and durability, unlike products made for planned obsolescence, the machine has an expected lifetime of 20 years, ensuring a fixed electricity price throughout that period.
